Hacienda Real Estate came to being after 25 years of vast experience in the areas of  Residential and Commercial Real Estate. We are a minority-owned small business that thrives in the traditional ways of doing Real Estate but are also very up to date with today's technological demands and trends.

We work with most type of properties, being sales or leases, but we specialize in acreage and land. Most of our listings include structures such as homes or warehouses on large tracts of land that are typically located just outside of Houston city limits. Our portfolio also includes Commercial, Farm & Ranch, Residential, and Investment Properties.

Along with our Real Estate Services, we offer Project Management in the area of construction.

At the helm of Hacienda Real Estate is the Broker, John M Munoz. He attended the University of Houston Central Campus with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Communications and then a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management at Keller Graduate School of Management. As a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Realtor of 25 years and a seasoned Texas Real Estate Broker, John has gained extensive knowledge in past and current market conditions. He has worked and has been sponsored by prestigious Real Estate companies such as RE/MAX, Century 21, and Coldwell Banker.

Anna Gaytan was born and lived in San Antonio, TX., up until the age of 17. Then she moved to Laredo, TX., with her mother and two brothers. Living in Laredo, she was able to experience both cultures and improved her Spanish. She lived there for about 10 yrs then moved to Houston, TX.

After settling in Houston, she went to nursing school and worked at CHI Baylor St. Luke's Hospital until 2018. She truly enjoyed her 20 yrs working as a bedside nurse.

About a year after leaving nursing she decided to go into real estate. She attended Champions School of Real Estate and obtained her real estate license. Anna is committed to working hard and doing whatever it takes for her clients to get the best deal. Joe is truly a "people person". He's always willing to lend a hand, an ear, and a good word of advice. Growing up in a family that puts great importance in education, Joe was a teacher for Klein ISD and  Spring ISD. He taught elementary school for 15 years and was an assistant coach to the teams that his two sons were a part of. Joe is a University of Houston  alumni where he earned a BBA, Bachelor of Business Administration. During the summers when Joe was not educating young minds, he worked alongside his father and helped him manage both a recycling business and a construction company. While in construction, Joe was exposed to real estate as he was introduced to real estate investors that gave him "pointers" on how the market worked. Nowadays, Joe resides on a farm in Huntsville, Texas with his wife Niki, his sons, and his dog "Buddy" . Joe is bilingual, professional, and committed to the people he serves.
